Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Experience: 2 years related Treasury Management, Commercial Call Center, Client Service, or Operations experience; banking experience preferred.
• Certifications/Knowledge: English proficiency; knowledge of Treasury Management products/services, account analysis, and online banking systems; strong communication, detail, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, pricing, and service setup.
• Provide primary phone support and daily client resolution for TM issues and analyses.
• Research and respond to TM inquiries, coordinating with Implementations and Sales as needed.
• Advise clients on online security, product utilization, and enhancements.
• Ensure SLA adherence for implementations and timelines.
• Ensure client TM documentation and internal procedures comply with regulations.
• Maintain logs for client changes and updates.
• Assist TM Sales Officers in identifying additional client needs and TM offerings.
• Provide telephone sales support for basic Treasury Management products/services.
• Offer SME support to internal bank staff and participate in special projects as needed.
• Support data mapping, testing, and conversions during bank mergers.
• Accept other duties as assigned.
