Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, operations, analytics, information systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Treasury Management data to identify trends, root causes, issues, and opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, visibility, and client experience.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives from intake through implementation, including documenting current state and mapping workflows.
• Assist with developing and maintaining procedures, job aids, and process maps to support consistent execution and regulatory alignment.
• Partner with Treasury Management leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate opportunities, and coordinate testing for new workflows and tools.
• Support data collection, reporting, dashboards, and trend analysis to drive coaching and training improvements.
• Prepare test scenarios, execute user acceptance testing, and validate changes meet business requirements and client needs.
