Job summary

SouthState Bank is seeking a Treasury Management professional to develop knowledge of TM products, apply them to client cash flow cycles, and lead fraud discussions with clients. You will back up the TM Sales Officer, drive revenue from new TM accounts, and onboard small business clients with TM services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years banking experience; 5+ years related experience in Treasury Management sales/product/support/related roles.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to analyze problems and resolve them; strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and pricing.
• Understand application of TM products to business cash flow cycles.
• Lead fraud discussions with clients and prospects and educate on options after fraud.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management Sales Officer to build relationships and follow-up.
• Back up Treasury Management Sales Officer in their absence.
• Contribute to revenue-generating activities by adding new accounts or services.
• Prepare onboarding forms and paperwork for new TM clients and additional TM services.
• Work with retail bankers to identify and educate TM leads.
• Develop expertise in the TM small business platform.
• Communicate client situations and opportunities to bankers; provide SME support to internal staff.
• Assist with TM projects such as pricing initiatives.
