Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Chicago, IL seeks a Treasury Services Support Associate within the Commercial Bank Payment Services organization. The role supports new sales targets and portfolio growth by submitting high quality implementation requests and aiding TMOs with initiations and billing controls.

You'll develop knowledge of Treasury Services products and processes, collaborating across teams to ensure accurate requests, proper billing, and adherence to internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to understand Treasury Services products, pricing, and billing processes.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills to mobilize internal networks.
• Time management, organization and planning with multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and strong analytical abilities.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives designed to improve workflow resulting in an enhanced client experience

As a Treasury Services Support Associate within the Commercial Bank Payment Services organization, you will be responsible for contributing to new sales targets and to the achievement of portfolio growth objectives through the successful submission of high quality implementation requests. You will provide support to Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) for initiating implementations, ensuring correct billing, guaranteeing proper internal controls and policies are followed. Overtime you will develop working knowledge of Treasury Services products and skills over time for a successful career within many other Treasury Management functions, Implementations, Product, Risk and Controls, and/or Client Service.
