U.S. Bank is seeking a professional to onboard and implement Treasury Management payables, receivables, and other products. You will be the primary contact for customers during onboarding, coordinating activities and analyses to ensure a smooth rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new and existing customer implementations of Treasury Management products.
• Serves as main contact between customer and U.S. Bank during implementation.
• Conducts onboarding activities and monitors implementation requests.
• Builds positive customer relationships through service delivery and product functionality.
