Job summary

Bank of Colorado is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to support onboarding and troubleshooting for business clients using online banking services. You will ensure smooth implementation of treasury products, accurate data input, and high-quality customer service.

You’ll also support sales goals and pipeline management, work with Treasury Management Sales Officers and branch teams, and help optimize processes with internal teams to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Onboard business clients to online banking platforms and treasury services.
• Accurately input client data and maintain onboarding records.
• Provide professional customer service via phone and email.
• Support sales activity and achieve pipeline and referral goals.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, KYC and internal audits.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management Sales teams and branch staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up clients on online banking platforms, ACH, wires, and related tools.
• Troubleshoot online banking issues and security token problems.
• Maintain onboarding documentation and client records.
• Manage sales pipeline and report updates to leadership.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
