Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Treasury Implementations Associate to manage full lifecycle onboarding of Treasury products for clients, from initial education to ongoing support. You will work with internal partners to deliver seamless implementations and ensure high-quality service.

The role requires banking experience with treasury products, strong client communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• 5+ years of banking experience with working knowledge of treasury products and services.
• Strong oral presentation skills when communicating with clients in person or by phone.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with change.
• Excellent time management and disciplined task planning.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and implement Treasury products for new and existing clients.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Treasury products, services and systems.
• Maintain high-quality client communications via phone and email.
• Manage multiple Treasury implementations with timely delivery and accuracy.
• Document SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation for consistency.
• Lead project timelines, dependencies, and cross-team coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
• Map current and future-state processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify automation opportunities and support RPA initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance on APIs and system architecture to clients and internal teams.
• Mentor junior Implementation Analysts and train new associates.
