Tradition Capital Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist I to deliver high-touch client service and support onboarding and implementation of Treasury Management products. You will assist with account maintenance, risk mitigation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate processing of Treasury transactions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in banking or customer service, with proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1–3 years of customer service or banking experience in deposit operations or as teller/customer service representative.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-touch client service via Treasury Management phone and email channels.
• Assist with onboarding and implementation of Treasury Management products and services.
• Monitor system and account activity to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Support risk mitigation by reviewing Treasury Management transactions and associated reports.
• Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to improve Treasury Management offerings.
