Plumas Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to collaborate with digital banking, business development, and advisors to promote and onboard treasury management products for commercial and small business clients. You will aid in product identification, implement technologies, and manage the annual treasury product review process.

The role requires strong communication skills, banking experience, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years banking experience, preferably retail banking, client-facing and back-office.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and applicable bank systems.

Responsibilities

• Discuss treasury services with clients, from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Identify client treasury needs through conversations with business development and advisors.
• Troubleshoot client technical challenges and maintain onboarding timelines.
• Prioritize workload with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
