Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years’ banking experience, preferably retail banking, client-facing and back-office experience.
• Associate degree and/or a combination of education and experience in digital and/or retail banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and applicable Bank systems.

Application expert for all treasury applications,facilitating training and maintaining service levels for client delivery and ongoing support.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Effectivelycommunicates with internal, external partners/vendors, and customers. Maintains and managestreasury annual product review process. Work within designated onboarding and client support timeframes.
Ability to prioritize workload with high attention to detail with strong emphasis on the ability tomultitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
