Job summary

Plumas Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to work with digital banking, business development, and advisors to promote, onboard, and support treasury management services for commercial and small business clients. The role focuses on identifying client needs and implementing treasury technologies to meet growing demands, with an emphasis on onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Three to five years’ banking experience, preferably retail banking, client-facing and back-office experience.
Associate degree and/or a combination of education and experience in digital and/or retail banking.
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and applicable Bank systems.

Responsibilities

Converse with clients regarding the product cycle of treasury services, onboarding through continuing support.
Identify client payment and treasury needs through conversations aided by business development or business advisors.
Troubleshoot and correct client technical challenges.
Work within designated onboarding and client support timeframes.
Prioritize workload with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
