Job summary

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Specialist to coordinate the onboarding and setup of treasury products for clients. You will train clients and work across Treasury Sales Officers and bank operations to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, detailed documentation, and collaboration with multiple internal teams to deliver tailored treasury solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in banking environment or Treasury/Cash Management.
• Minimum 2 year experience working with PC based software applications.
• Sufficient experience in banking operations and treasury management processes.
• Proficient in PC-based software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with treasury and depository clients.
• Manages and oversees the collection of client documentation.
• Acts as liaison between treasury sales and bank operations on implementation of Treasury Services client relationships.
• Maintains knowledge of treasury management products for client discussions and ongoing development.
• Prepare documentation required for customers including contracts, agreements, risk assessments, amendments, etc.
• Coordinate with TMCS for approvals and setup; ensure timely processing and communication.
