Plumas Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to collaborate with digital banking, business development, and advisors to promote and onboard treasury management products for commercial and small business clients. You will aid in product identification, implement technologies, and manage the annual treasury product review process.

The role requires strong communication skills, banking experience, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years banking experience, preferably retail banking, client-facing and back-office.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and applicable bank systems.

JOB SUMMARY

The Treasury Management Specialist works with digital banking, business development, and business advisors to promote,onboard, and support treasury management products and services to commercial and small business clients and prospectiveclients. Aids in product identification and implementation of technologies to meet the growing needs of current and potentialclients. Maintains and manages treasury annual product review process. Application expert for all treasury applications,facilitating training and maintaining service levels for client delivery and ongoing support.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Abilityto converse with clients regarding the product cycle of treasury services, onboarding throughcontinuing support. Associate degree or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred. Effectivelycommunicates with internal, external partners/vendors, and customers. Maintains and managestreasury annual product review process. Ability to identify client payment and treasury needs throughconversations aided by business development or business advisors. Ability to troubleshot and correctclient technical challenges. Work within designated onboarding and client support timeframes.
Ability to prioritize workload with high attention to detail with strong emphasis on the ability tomultitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years’ banking experience, preferably retail banking, client-facing and back-office experience.
• Associate degree and/or a combination of education and experience in digital and/or retail banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and applicable Bank systems.
