Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Service Specialist I to support onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service for Business Banking and Commercial clients. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and Product teams to ensure accurate implementations and a positive client experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing onboarding forms, coordinating ACH and reporting activities, and delivering training on treasury platforms while adhering to policy and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in banking operations, treasury support, or related client service role.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding, implementation, and product maintenance for Business Banking and Commercial clients.
• Review treasury management agreements for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate implementation activities including ACH, Positive Pay, and BAI reporting.
• Schedule and deliver client training on treasury platforms and fraud-prevention tools.
• Provide first-level support for core treasury solutions and resolve routine issues.
