United Community Bank is seeking a Treasury Premier Implementation Officer to lead onboarding and implementation for its largest Commercial and Middle Market clients. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure successful adoption of treasury solutions with a white‑glove service approach.

You will manage multiple projects, develop implementation plans, conduct discovery sessions, and support customers through go‑live and ongoing adoption, including compliance training.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, banking, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in Treasury Management or related financial services roles.
• Experience implementing treasury management products for business customers.
• Experience with commercial and middle‑market clients is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management products, services, and payment systems.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Own onboarding for commercial and middle-market customers and ensure timely onboarding.
• Resolve onboarding exceptions and documentation issues.
• Serve as a treasury management resource for premier customers.
• Deliver high-touch service with responsiveness and accuracy.
• Manage multiple implementation projects and meet SLAs.
• Monitor progress and address obstacles or delays.
• Assist with annual relationship reviews and customer retention.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand workflows and payment processes.
• Coordinate go-live activities and treasury solution setup.
