Apscareerportal is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to support banking clients with online profiles, training, and daily treasury operations. This on-site role requires attention to regulatory requirements and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The candidate will assist in wire operations, ACH processing, and client operations, while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams. Flexibility in hours is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks assigned by Management following policies and procedures.
• Set up system access for treasury products with appropriate permissions.
• Provide customer training on online banking for new products.
• Prepare reports and maintain required documentation for products sold.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Assist with wire operations, ACH processing, and client operations as needed.
• Review reports and perform daily treasury system checks and reviews.
• Contribute to process improvements and policy updates.
