Job summary

Lone Star National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to support daily operations of treasury services including ACH origination, RDC, wire transfers, lockbox, and bill payments. The role involves training customers and bank staff, traveling to client sites, and ensuring smooth setup for new Treasury Management accounts.

Candidate should have at least two years banking experience with treasury exposure, strong PC skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of two years banking experience, with 1 year in treasury management preferred
• Technical aptitude for computer applications and detailed records; strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provides support on treasury management functions including ACH Origination, RDC, Internet Wires Transfers, Lockbox, Bill Pay and Positive Pay
• Provides customer service assistance to treasury management customers and bank employees
• Travels to client locations to set up RDC check scanners and train new users
• Trains company employees on treasury management processes
• Ensures setup is completed for new Treasury Management customers
• Assists supervisor with annual reviews for ACH Originators and RDC customers
• Assists with Disaster Recovery and Silverlake release testing
• Maintains knowledge of risk controls and reports suspicious activity per bank policy
• Complies with federal and state laws, bank policies and internal audit controls
• Adheres to rules related to BSA/OFAC/USA Patriot Act/CIP/AML
• Performs other duties as may be assigned
