Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procedures and reference guides utilized by TM Client Service Specialists.
• Listen to clients and internal partners with a mindset geared towards curiosity, empathy, and bias for action.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve timely resolution to escalated issues.
• Communicate timely updates and relevant information to key stakeholders for outstanding issues.
• Monitor workload for critical functions within the TM Client Services Team and adjust resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Compile periodic management reports relevant workload trends and service level adherence.
