Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Product Consultant for Digital Integration Services in Evansville, IN. The candidate will drive adoption of DIS, partner with cross-functional teams, and contribute to product roadmaps while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Operations, Customer Support or Technology strongly preferred.
• Experience in financial services, ideally in Commercial products and services.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams including business line stakeholders, UX, sales, technology, operations, risk/compliance, and data teams.
• Strong attention to detail and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Technical Sales Leadership: provide technical expertise in sales consultations, deliver product demos, and support client calls and meetings.
• Product Delivery: analyze client portfolios, identify opportunities to increase DIS utilization, and collaborate with product management.
• Profitability & Growth: drive deposit growth, expand high-margin DIS adoption, and identify scalable integration opportunities.
• Communicate and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and IT Support for escalation and feedback loops.
