Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Service Specialist Senior to support TM Client Services, develop team knowledge, and monitor workloads. The role emphasizes escalation handling and quality reporting to improve service levels and client satisfaction.

The position requires knowledge of Treasury Management products, strong communication, and 3–5 years of related experience, with on-site work in a regional bank setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree or HS graduate with equivalent work experience
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and services or prior experience in supporting business clients is essential
• Ability to communicate with business clients on complex technical solutions is essential
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and quickly reprioritize tasks is essential
• Strong verbal and written communication skills is essential
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in Treasury Management or business banking products and services is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procedures and reference guides utilized by TM Client Service Specialists
• Coordinate and participate in new hire and ongoing training initiatives
• Conduct ongoing quality audits for each TM Client Service Specialist to ensure adherence to procedures and service expectations
• Listen to clients and internal partners with curiosity and empathy to resolve issues
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve timely resolution of escalated issues
• Monitor workload for critical functions and compile management workload reports
