Job summary

First Federal Savings Bank in Evansville, IN seeks a Treasury Management Sales Support Specialist to back the Treasury Management sales team and manage client onboarding and servicing tasks.

You will serve daily client needs, support onboarding, and stay knowledgeable on BSA-related functions while contributing to growth objectives. This role requires strong banking product knowledge and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in business-related field preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in a sales-focused environment.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall support for Treasury Management clients, products, and services.
• Deliver exceptional and timely client service.
• Assist clients through the Treasury Management onboarding process.
• Train clients on Treasury Management products and services as necessary.
• Attend client and prospect meetings as needed.
• Support the daily operations of the Treasury Management area.
• Assist the Treasury Management sales team with day-to-day workflow.
• Prepare and complete Treasury Management documentation.
• File documentation into the bank’s document repository.
• Perform account service and maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of First Federal’s Treasury Management products and services.
• Support Treasury Management’s growth objectives through responsive client service and sales support.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell First Federal’s products and services.
• Partner with Deposit Operations, Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, and other First Federal colleagues to support client needs and service delivery.
