Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or HS graduate with equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
• Ability to communicate with business clients on complex technical solutions.
• 3–5 years of experience in Treasury Management or business banking products and services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procedures and reference guides utilized by TM Client Service Specialists.
• Coordinate and participate in new hire and ongoing training initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing quality audits for each TM Client Service Specialist to ensure adherence to procedures and service expectations.
• Listen to clients and internal partners with curiosity, empathy, and bias for action.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve timely resolution to escalated issues.
• Communicate timely updates and relevant information to key stakeholders for outstanding issues.
• Monitor workload for critical functions within the TM Client Services Team and adjust resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Compile periodic management reports relevant workload trends and service level adherence.
