Job summary

Old National Bank seeks a Treasury Management Product Consultant to serve as the product solutions architect for Receivables, guiding sales, pricing, and client engagements across a range of TM products. The role partners with Sales, Product Management, Implementation and Service to drive profitable growth and client adoption of Receivables services.

The position requires strong technical sales leadership, deep Receivables knowledge, and the ability to translate complex concepts for decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Computer Science or related field; HS diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
• CTP certification preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in Treasury Management and/or Receivables strongly preferred.
• Experience in financial services, ideally in Commercial products and services.
• Ability to successfully partner with cross-functional teams including business line stakeholders, UX, sales, technology, operations, customer service, risk management, legal/compliance, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical expertise during sales consultations, including client calls, demos and meetings.
• Maintains deep expertise in Receivables capabilities and related functionality.
• Acts as SME for complex Receivables solutions and implementations.
• Delivers product demonstrations and technical overviews tailored to client use cases.
• Partners with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
• Drives Receivables growth by proposing strategies with Treasury Management Sales.
• Identifies opportunities to expand Receivables usage and adoption.
