Job summary

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead the setup and training of treasury products for new and existing clients.

You will coordinate with Treasury Sales Officers and bank operations to streamline onboarding and ensure timely delivery of services. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, accurate documentation, and hands-on training for users.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in banking environment or Treasury/Cash Management.
• Minimum 2 years experience with PC-based software applications.
• Sufficient experience in banking operations and treasury management processes.
• Proficient in the use of network and PC based software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and information reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with treasury and other depository clients.
• Manage and oversee the collection of client documentation.
• Accurately complete documentation packages as part of the client delivery/on-boarding process.
• Act as a liaison between treasury sales and bank operations on customization and implementation of Treasury Services client relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of treasury management products and services for personal development and client discussions.
• Prepare necessary documentation for customers including contracts, agreements, risk assessments, amendments, etc.
• Work with new TM clients to obtain information and signatures for TM services setup.
• Obtain credit/underwriting approvals for TM products.
• Ensure paperwork is prepared, complete, and properly packaged for TMCS approval and setup.
• Coordinate communications with TMCS and Treasury Sales Officers regarding data needs, approvals, and implementations.
• Ensure change requests move through the system with proper documentation and status updates.
• Prepare Account Analysis and other Billing forms - Complete AA setup.
• Provide initial training to all clients including user guides and training videos.
• Assist with periodic assessments and renewals; escalate issues as needed.
