Glacier Bancorp, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Specialist to manage the onboarding and implementation of treasury products for clients. The role entails coordinating between Treasury Sales Officers and bank operations to ensure accurate setup and timely delivery of services.

You will train clients, gather required documentation, and support ongoing client inquiries. The position requires familiarity with treasury products and strong organizational skills, with a focus on process optimization

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in banking environment or treasury/cash management.
• Proficient with PC-based software and office suite.
• Knowledge of treasury products and services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Builds relationships with treasury and depository clients and manages documentation.
• Acts as liaison between treasury sales and bank operations for setup and implementation.
• Ensures timely processing of applications and change requests with proper documentation.
• Provides initial training and user guides to clients.
• Maintains knowledge of treasury management products and services for ongoing client needs.
