Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Sales Officer to drive treasury and cash management solutions for Commercial Banking clients in a hybrid role across central Virginia to Hampton Roads. Travel up to 50% is expected as you collaborate with Relationship Managers and Product Specialists.

The role demands 5+ years of sales experience in treasury management, deep knowledge of treasury products, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience, preferably in treasury management.
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience.
• Certified Treasury Planner preferred.
• Strong understanding of treasury products, cash management, and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive income and create sales opportunities by promoting treasury products and services.
• Engage existing and potential customers via visits, calls, virtual meetings, and written communications; maintain a book of business.
• Prepare customized proposals and coordinate onboarding with relationship managers and internal teams.
• Participate in local industry boards and committees to enhance Fulton Bank's reputation.
• Stay informed on market trends, technology, regulatory changes; maintain proficiency with CRM systems.
