Responsibilities

• Own the treasury management sales strategy and revenue goals across segments.
• Lead and develop a team of Business Development Officers and Senior BDOs.
• Set sales quotas, vertical assignments, and manage the sales pipeline and forecasting.
• Partner with Finance/FP&A, Strategy, and onboarding to align priorities and smooth handoffs.
• Collaborate across lines to roll out new products and drive deposit growth.
• Maintain regulatory awareness (BSA, AML, CIP, OFAC) and risk practices.
