Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Product Manager to lead strategy and growth for treasury products, from development and positioning through lifecycle management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, product development, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of treasury management products.
• Ability to earn the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for assigned treasury products, including value propositions and growth goals.
• Drive design, development, launch, and management of products, services, and channels.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and profitability to identify opportunities.
• Partner with Product Directors, Product Managers, and internal teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Manage product performance, revenue goals, and profitability while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, resources, timelines, and communications to implement initiatives.
• Ensure products and processes comply with applicable legal, audit, credit, and regulatory requirements.
• Build product knowledge and training resources for internal teams and external clients.
