Job summary

Associated Bank seeks a Treasury Management Product Manager to lead strategy and growth for treasury products across development, positioning and lifecycle management.

You will shape customer-focused solutions, drive revenue, and collaborate with senior partners to deliver market-ready offerings. This role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, compliance, and ongoing product optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• 4+ years in product management or treasury-related roles.
• Knowledge of treasury management products and compliance requirements.
• Ability to obtain AAP certification within 2 years; CTP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for assigned treasury products and solutions.
• Drive design, development, launch, and lifecycle management of products.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and profitability to identify enhancements.
• Partner with Directors, managers and teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Manage product performance, revenue goals and profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources, timelines, and communications.
• Ensure alignment with legal, audit, credit, and regulatory requirements.
• Build product knowledge and training resources for internal/external clients.
