Job summary

Commerce Bank seeks an experienced Treasury Sales professional in Oklahoma City to drive revenue through new business development and deepening existing client relationships. You will lead in-person calls, proposals, and targeted marketing activities to expand revenue and treasury services adoption.

The role requires strong banking knowledge, proven sales success, and the ability to manage complex mid-market relationships with a focus on customer value and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 5+ years financial services experience required.
• 3+ years business development or related experience within Treasury Services strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business primarily with prospects, as well as existing clients in assigned territories.
• Maintain a high level of qualified in-person calling activity and responses to requests for proposal.
• Maintain senior level contact with top and high-priority customers through various touchpoints.
• Develop territory plans, account strategies, and call plans to achieve revenue and profit goals.
• Coordinate calling activity with assigned Relationship Manager.
• Provide account reviews for top priority customers.
• Act as Payments Relationship Manager to ensure coordinated customer success.
