Job summary

Fidelity Bank seeks an experienced Treasury Services professional for our Oklahoma City office. You will identify opportunities, market treasury management solutions, and support portfolio growth with a client-centric approach.

Responsibilities include presenting proposals, supporting lenders on sales efforts, and maintaining clear communication with customers. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in commercial financial services are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (may be waived in lieu of experience)
• A minimum of five years of commercial financial services experience, preferably with a proven track record selling financial products
• High attention to detail and organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
• Occasional road and/or air travel

Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities and assisting in the marketing and sales of treasury management products
• Participating in outside business development activities and driving portfolio growth
• Preparing and presenting proposals to prospects as well as accompanying lenders on sales presentations
• Communicating with customers and staff to provide support and to resolve customer issues
