Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Advisor I to acquire and develop treasury management relationships across Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI. The role focuses on sales, pricing, customer proposals, and proactive relationship management with partners.

This exempt, full-time position requires 3+ years of financial services experience and a Bachelor's degree. Strong communication skills and treasury experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Financial Services experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4 years Financial Services Experience in lieu of degree.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Three or more years of Treasury Management Experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop new profitable and quality treasury management relationships.
• Retain and deepen existing customer relationships.
• Sales activities: prospecting, pricing, and customer proposals.
• Cross-sell other bank products and stay current on competitor offerings to suggest improvements.
• Proactive management of Banker relationships, including 1:1s and relationship plans.
• Maintain and monitor weekly/monthly sales results and ensure timely data entry.
