Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Product Manager to own the multi-year pricing strategy and profitability frameworks for TM services. You will monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competition to shape product direction and pricing, while driving innovations in pricing and forecasting capabilities.

You will lead governance for pricing models, coordinate with Finance and business lines on ECR/deposit strategies, and develop analytics to measure product profitability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial services commercial deposit products / services
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field. Master’s/MBA a plus.
• Proven experience in Treasury Management, commercial deposit products and services, pricing strategy, or financial services product management
• Deep understanding of liquidity management, deposit economics, ECR, and Account Analysis
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellence in stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership
• Autonomy with a balanced team approach and knowing when buy‑in is critical
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple products and projects
• Ability to write clear internal specs and external communications
• Analytically oriented with ability to explain complex processes simply
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; create memos, spreadsheets, presentations
• Self-starter who can motivate peers and influence partners

Responsibilities

• Own the multi‑year product strategy for TM pricing and profitability frameworks.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to inform product direction and pricing strategy.
• Drive innovation in pricing/forecasting capabilities, and automated optimization features.
• Oversee pricing strategy for TM products, ensuring alignment with enterprise profitability goals.
• Lead governance for pricing models, discounting frameworks, and exception management process.
• Partner with Finance and internal lines of business to manage deposit ECR strategy/rates and balance growth.
• Develop analytics and dashboards to track product profitability, client behavior, and pricing effectiveness.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for technology and operations partners.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and risk standards are met; maintain operational controls.
