Associated Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Product Manager to lead strategy and growth of treasury products from development through lifecycle management. You will partner across the organization to deliver customer-focused solutions that drive revenue and competitive advantage.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior partners, lifecycle management, and ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements while building training resources for teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, product development, business, management, marketing, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of treasury management products.
• Ability to earn the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification within 2 years.
• Preferred: CTP certification or ability to earn it within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for assigned products, including value propositions, growth goals, distribution strategies, and initiatives.
• Drive design, development, launch, and ongoing management of products, services, and channels.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and profitability to identify opportunities.
• Partner with Product Directors, Product Managers, and teams to deliver cohesive customer solutions.
• Manage product performance, revenue goals, and profitability; identify opportunities to improve results.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, resources, timelines, and communications for initiatives.
• Ensure products and processes align with legal, audit, credit, and regulatory requirements.
• Build product knowledge and training resources to support internal teams and external clients.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Management or related field

4+ years in product management/related field

Extensive knowledge of treasury management products

Ability to earn AAP certification within 2 years

CTP certification or ability to earn within 2 years
