Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter with autonomous work style
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple products/projects

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year TM pricing and profitability strategy.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to inform product direction and pricing strategy.
• Drive pricing/forecasting innovations and automated optimization features.
• Develop analytics and dashboards to track product profitability, client behavior, and pricing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Specialist teams to understand client needs and translate them into product enhancements.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
