You will lead cross‑functional teams with Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to deliver scalable pricing solutions, monitor market dynamics, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires strategic thinking and strong communication.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in financial services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field; MBA a plus
Experience in Treasury Management, commercial deposit products, pricing strategy
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Responsibilities

Own the multi-year TM pricing strategy and profitability frameworks.
Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competition to guide pricing.
Drive pricing/forecasting innovations and automated optimization features.
Oversee pricing strategy and governance for all TM services.
Partner with Finance and lines of business on deposit ECR strategy and growth.
Develop analytics dashboards to track profitability and pricing effectiveness.
Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
Ensure regulatory and risk management standards.
Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Specialist teams to translate needs into enhancements.
Develop value propositions, competitive positioning and go‑to‑market strategies for TM solutions.
