Job summary

You will train staff, support onboarding, manage ACH, wires, remote deposit, and fraud tools, and collaborate with Treasury Management, Digital Banking and Fraud teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-10 years of related banking experience.
• Treasury Management operations experience required; Online Banking experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Treasury Management products: ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, and fraud prevention tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Leadership, supervisory, training, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily Treasury Management operations, ensuring services are delivered accurately and on time.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to business customers and internal partners on Treasury Management products and services.
• Oversee setup, maintenance, and quality control of Treasury Management services, including ACH, wires, positive pay, remote deposit capture, and business online banking.
• Manage support requests, troubleshoot customer issues, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Develop, maintain, and improve operational procedures, workflows, and resource materials that promote consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor system updates, account analysis activities, and operational reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Treasury Management Officers and other banking teams to support customer onboarding, implementations, and ongoing relationship management.
• Assist with annual customer reviews, documentation requirements, and operational audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen operational performance.
