Job summary

First International Bank & Trust seeks a Senior Treasury Management Officer to grow commercial deposits and apply Treasury Management expertise in our Edina office.

You will lead pricing discussions, develop client relationships, and collaborate with relationship officers to expand opportunities. A strong background in Treasury Management and deposit products is required, with a focus on growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or related field.
• Minimum of seven years banking experience.
• Experience in Treasury Management, deposit growth, or online banking preferred.
• Ability to grow deposit balances and develop client relationships.
• Knowledge of deposit products, Treasury Management services, and pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow commercial deposit balances through targeted business development efforts.
• Partner with relationship officers to identify and expand commercial deposit opportunities.
• Manage and grow a Treasury Management portfolio.
• Recommend deposit structures, account solutions, and Treasury Management services based on client needs.
• Lead pricing discussions for deposits, Treasury Management products, and services.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and business development activity.
• Support new client onboarding in partnership with the Treasury Management team.
• Stay current on Treasury Management products, services, fees, processing requirements, and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of seven years of banking experience required.
• Treasury Management, business development, online banking, deposit sales, or commercial deposit growth experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and grow deposit balances.
• Knowledge of deposit products, Treasury Management services, pricing, account structures, and relationship profitability.
• Strong communication, listening, organization, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook preferred.
