Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, development, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of treasury management products.
• Ability to earn the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification within 2 years.
• Preferred certification: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for assigned treasury management products, including value propositions and growth goals.
• Drive design, development, launch, and ongoing management of products, services, and channels.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and profitability to identify opportunities.
• Partner with Product Directors and internal teams to deliver cohesive customer solutions.
• Manage product performance, revenue goals, and profitability; identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources, timelines, and communications for initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with legal, audit, credit, and regulatory requirements.
• Build product knowledge and training resources for internal teams and external clients.
