Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, COI, and external consulting organizations.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, quantifying opportunities and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Independently lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in development of complex products and solutions.
• Deliver thought leadership to market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions at roundtables, conferences, webinars, and media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor and enhance profitability of all relationships.
