Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Boston seeks a Treasury Management Officer to drive new treasury management business and nurture client relationships. You will leverage deep product knowledge to develop localized market strategies and partner with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership, and Implementation teams.

Responsibilities include leading client discussions, collaborating across teams, and delivering integrated treasury solutions while managing risk and profitability across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external COIs, and external consulting organizations.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas with internal product stakeholders, representing the client perspective in product development.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at client roundtables, conferences, and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships.
