S&T Bank is seeking a seasoned Treasury Management Sales professional to develop and manage marketing strategies and campaigns that grow deposits and expand treasury services in the market.

The role requires 5–10 years of treasury management experience, a four-year degree, and strong relationship-building skills. Occasional travel is expected to support sales objectives and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree or equivalent. Certified Treasury Professional preferred.
• Requires five to ten years general experience with five to ten years specialized treasury management experience.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel, is required.
• Develops new business for the bank, focusing on Treasury Management services and deposits.
• Leads marketing initiatives and coordinates team efforts to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develops moderately complex-to-complex new business opportunities through proactive calls on new and existing customers for Deposits, Loans, and Treasury Management Services.
• Achieves production goals in new deposits and fee generation.
• Manages a customer portfolio and cross-sells within that portfolio.
• Completes risk assessments and enhanced due diligence forms for new clients.
• Participates in seminars to educate customers, prospects and bank employees about Treasury Management products.
