Job summary

Texas Republic Bank, NA seeks a Treasury Sales Specialist to drive new business and grow Treasury Management relationships by identifying prospects and tailoring solutions for clients in Frisco, TX.

Qualifications

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; occasional evening/weekend commitments.
• No supervisory responsibility or specific education/certification required.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Treasury Sales Specialist is responsible for driving new business and growing Treasury Management relationships by identifying prospects, developing opportunities, and generating fee revenue. This role works closely with business clients to understand their cash management needs and recommend tailored Treasury solutions.

The position will prospect for new clients, conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals and relationship reviews, develop account plans, and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle. The Specialist will also maintain and expand existing client relationships, identify opportunities for additional services, and refer credit opportunities to lenders when appropriate.

This role partners closely with the Treasury Services Manager, Chief Operations Officer, lenders, and other internal teams to develop solutions, establish pricing, coordinate implementation, and ensure a positive client experience. The Specialist will also stay informed on competitors, market trends, and Treasury products and may assist with mentoring or supporting other Treasury team members.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of banking and/or Treasury sales experience
• Sales, relationship management, or portfolio management experience preferred
