CNB Financial Corporation is seeking a Treasury Sales professional to drive growth in treasury management services. You will develop new business, act as a trusted advisor, and support internal partners while maintaining a dynamic TM client portfolio.

The role emphasizes relationship building, market awareness, and ongoing education to stay ahead in treasury solutions and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university, treasury management sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Banking or Financial Services experience or exposure preferred.
• Sales experience and results oriented.
• Highly organized and self-motivated in a team environment or working independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member

Responsibilities

• Sales/Business development of all Treasury Management Services.
• Serve as a Trusted Financial Advisor to provide industry updates.
• Provide TM training and support for Internal Partners.
• Maintain a client portfolio & pipeline of opportunities of TM business clients.
• Develop referral sources (Centers of Influence) – COIs.
• Partner with Treasury Management Support Team to service clients.
