Job summary

Generations Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to drive growth in treasury services, deposits, and client relationships across Arkansas and Missouri. You will partner with commercial and retail teams to deliver tailored cash management solutions and enhance the treasury experience for clients.

The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional and treasury subject matter expert who can mentor teams, support strategic initiatives, and promote strong client engagement and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years experience in financial services, retail analytics, or retail finance.
• One or more years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new treasury management relationships and expand client portfolios.
• Drive growth in core operating deposits and treasury service adoption.
• Execute a proactive calling program and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Deliver client presentations, proposals and solution-based recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business clients and deepen treasury relationships.
• Promote and support treasury solutions (e.g., Online Banking, ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture).
