Job summary

You will lead prospecting, develop proposals, price and structure treasury solutions, and collaborate with regional partners to drive TM opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in banking with a focus on treasury management and strong communication skills. A CTP or similar designation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three or more years banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience of 4+ years in banking and/or Treasury Management in lieu of degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• CTP or other professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales and prospecting to develop treasury management relationships.
• Pricing and structuring treasury products for clients.
• Prepare customer proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with regional partners and relationship managers to drive opportunities.
• Cross-sell bank products and stay informed on competitor offerings.
• Manage banker relationships with regular meetings and relationship plans.
• Maintain weekly and monthly sales data and ensure accuracy.
• Assist outbound calls to offer new solutions and ensure Huntington remains primary banker.
• Mentor Treasury Management colleagues when needed.
