Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Service Specialist I to support onboarding, maintenance, and day-to-day service for Business Banking and Commercial clients. The role collaborates with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure accurate implementations and a positive client experience.

Responsibilities include executing standard onboarding, validating treasury management agreements, coordinating activities (ACH, Positive Pay, BAI

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required.
1+ years of experience in banking operations, treasury support, or a related client service role.

Responsibilities

Client onboarding & implementation for Business Banking and Commercial clients.
Provide first-level support for core treasury management solutions.
Research and resolve routine onboarding, maintenance, or servicing issues within procedures and SLAs.
Troubleshoot payment exceptions, file errors, and entitlement issues.
Coordinate training on treasury platforms, payment workflows, and fraud-prevention tools.
Maintain onboarding documentation and checklists.
Identify and escalate non-standard or high-risk requests.
