Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and guidelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support for Treasury Management products and services.
• Handle inquiries from commercial customers and internal associates via calls, emails, and Teams messages.
• Deliver training on Treasury Management products and services to commercial customers.
• Coordinate with Lines of Business on system and fraud issues impacting customers.
• Support daily servicing activities for new product/service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable banking laws and regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act.
