Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing, Finance, Management, or Business Administration from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of cash management sales and service experience.
• 7 years of business development experience.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent credential, or upon employment incumbent will work toward certification.
• Advanced knowledge of treasury management sales, services and regulatory guidelines.
• Advanced knowledge of treasury management functions.

Responsibilities

• Contacts prospective customers to develop new treasury management business.
• Meets with existing customers to ensure proper servicing and expand existing relationships.
• Prepares sales presentations, explains services offered, and recommends valuable services.
• Promotes treasury management sales program with bank officers.
• Assists in designing and installation of treasury management services.
• Develops marketing strategy and sales objectives with management.
• Calls on potential or existing customers and introduces other departments when needed.
• Represents bank in civic, community, and industry activities.

Education

College degree in Marketing/Finance/Management/Business Administration

7+ years of cash management sales experience

7 years of business development experience

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent

Advanced knowledge of treasury management sales and regulatory guidelines
