Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing, Finance, Management, or Business Administration from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of cash management sales and service experience.
• 7 years of business development experience.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent credential, or upon employment incumbent will work toward certification.
• Advanced knowledge of treasury management sales, services and regulatory guidelines.
• Advanced knowledge of treasury management functions.
• Thorough knowledge of bank products, services, and operations.
• Thorough knowledge of finance and business principles.
• Working knowledge of regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Contacts prospective customers to develop new treasury management business.
• Meets with existing customers to ensure servicing and expand relationships.
• Prepares sales presentations and recommends valued services.
• Ensures banking officers are aware of treasury management activities.
• Assists in designing and installing treasury management services.
• Develops marketing strategies and sales objectives.
• Mentors junior staff and may manage budget variances.
• Travel may be required.
